Monday, monday,monday

Hey it's monday morning. How exciting. This week is full of new opportunities and even greater prospects of future. As each day comes, so new opportunities arise. As we face new endeavors it is important that we face them with God's will in mind.
Proverbs 14:12 There is a way that seems right to man, but in the end it leads to death.
I have found in life and in my studies of God's Word that the easiest route and the most attractive route are usually not the best route.
The most attractive choices almost always lead to the most unattractive results. If we follow the easy path eventually our desires become our master. We must search for God's will and His guidance in all that we do.
The right choices are not always the easy ones. A decision to follow Christ costs something according to Luke 14:27 we must carry our cross and forsake all others. Including family and friends in order to fully give God our all.
Finally most choices have long-term effects. God can and does see the future and all that is out in the future, but we only see the puzzle day by day. Day by day we get a piece, put it in place and try to make sense of it, but God not only gives us the pieces, He in His infinite wisdom has the box. You know, the box cover you look at to know where each piece goes and what the puzzle looks at upon completion.
So as you make decisions in life make sure you seek God's Counsel.
Remember this:
Thoughts create actions
Actions create habits
Habits create character
Character creates destiny.
Until we learn to control our actions through controlling our thoughts we will never reach our true destiny. God knows what is best, and has a plan for each of us. Follow His lead and find your destiny.
